In response to the suggestion that was made, the Home Treatment Team performed a comprehensive evaluation on Miss Kelly's current functioning and mental state. It also included a thorough assessment of family and psychological therapy as well as a psychiatric diagnostic interview.
According to the report Miss Kelly was afflicted by a range of mental health issues, such as bipolar disorder such as bulimia, anorexia and bulimia.
